– Global NVOCC adds another direct, weekly import service to its comprehensive network –

 

Clark, New Jersey, November 19, 2015CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, today announces a new, direct LCL import services between Taiwan and New York.  The first sailing to the U.S. East Coast is scheduled for December 4th.  This service features a 32-day transit from Taichung, Kaoshiung and Keelung, Taiwan and express connections to Baltimore, Boston, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.

 

CaroTrans is now offering 3 direct import services from Taiwan to the U.S.  In addition to this new service to New York, they also offer service to the U.S. heartland at Chicago, and to the U.S. West Coast at Los Angeles.  Dedicated CaroTrans teams in the U.S. and Taiwan are positioned to serve the needs of customers in each region.

Monthly Los Angeles to Suva Fiji service is fastest in market

Clark, New Jersey, October 16, 2013 – CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, today announces a direct Los Angeles to Suva, Fiji LCL export service with a 12 day transit, the fastest transit in the market. This transit has been reduced from 32-36 days to 12. Expedited and bonded on forwarding from Suva, Fiji to main markets Nadi and Lautoka is offered. This service is now available.

For 25 years, CaroTrans has partnered with Williams & Gosling (W&G), a well-established logistics service provider in Fiji with 300 staff and offices in all major markets including: Suva, Lautoka, Nadi and Ba. W&G offers secure and timely unpack services in a state-of-the-art CFS (container freight station) in Wailekutu-Suva.

CaroTrans business units in Australia and New Zealand are dominant service providers in Fiji. With the addition of this U.S. export service, CaroTrans will effectively expand services and reach in the Pacific Rim.

Clark, NJ, June 4, 2013 – CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, today announces a strategic alliance with Multifreight Consolidator System, Inc. (MFCSI), a well-respected NVOCC in the Philippines market committed to responsive, flexible transportation services.  The CaroTrans – MFCSI partnership will offer fast, reliable LCL (less than container load) and FCL (full container load) import and export cargo services between North America and the Philippines.  A direct, weekly service to Manila departed Long Beach on May 24th, transit 22 days, and a Manila to Los Angeles service with 17 day transit has also launched.  The Los Angeles service offers IPI (inland points intermodal) connections to over 75 North American market locations.

 Multifreight has offices in all major ports in the Philippines including: Manila, Davao and Cebu.  Pre-carriage services are provided from Davao and Cebu to Manila.

– Direct New York to Lithuania LCL and FCL service is first step in development –

Clark, NJ, May 13, 2013 – CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, today announces a major expansion of its global service network with its entrance into the Baltic and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), including Russia, markets. The first of many future services is a direct, weekly LCL (less than container load) and FCL (full container load) export service from New York to KLP (Klaipeda) port in Lithuania. The first sailing from New York was April 22, 2013 with arrival in Lithuania on May 11. This expansion features a dedicated partnership with the Delta Logistics Group (DLG), a full-service global logistics company that fosters global import and export trade. DLG is well established in the Baltic and CIS region providing local experience, expedited deconsolidation services and trucking to major cities throughout the region including Moscow, where they have a local office.

In 2012, Russia became part of the World Trade Organization (WTO) bringing greater confidence and stability to businesses and trading partners, as well as strengthening their place in the global economy. With this new service, CaroTrans initiates the first step in their development and investment in this growing trade area.

Clark, New Jersey, January 16, 2013 – CaroTrans, a leading global NVOCC (non vessel operating common carrier) and ocean freight consolidator, today announced expansion of their global service network with the addition of a direct, weekly LCL export service from San Francisco to Japan.  This reliable service offers the fastest overall transits from San Francisco to Tokyo – 12 days, to Yokohama – 13 days, to Osaka, Nagoya and Kobe – 17 days.  There is no transshipment via Busan, South Korea or additional handling via Los Angeles.  The first sailing is January 29, 2013.
