CaroTrans International’s Preparation for the Coronavirus

Carotrans International wishes to advise our valued Agents and Partners that the health and welfare of all of our team members, at all locations is our top priority. As COVID-19 spreads to more communities and countries, we know that you may be concerned how this impacts how you do business and interact with Carotrans.

We are 100% fully operational and all our 15 Branches in the USA are open normal business hours. We have full capability to work remotely to secure business continuity where this will be required by authorities. However for our team members that are unable to work, we allow remote access to work from home as the situation dictates. Carotrans is closely monitoring the local situation and committed to ensure the safety of our team members whilst working towards mitigating any possible impact to our clients.

All our CFS facilities for both import and export are open and fully operational. Some facilities are operating on reduced hours. Given the fluidity of the situation we will continue to monitor, assess and adjust accordingly.

All Gateway load centers are 100% operational and we continue to offer our full array of weekly FAK services.
